(Dolce Vita) properties is hands down one of the best property management companies in South Florida. We never have to worry when something needs to get fixed at our properties. They take care of any issues with professionalism, speed and precision. On top of being an awesome company, they are also super nice and genuinely good people. An added bonus is they are licensed real estate agents for those looking to acquire investment properties in the area. We bought our primary home as well as investment properties through them. I highly recommend this company for any property or real estate needs! They are fantastic!

I have been a client of Dolce Vita (Vacation Rentals) property management for almost 2 years now. They are extremely professional and very responsive when I need them. If I need a repair in my residence, all I have to do is contact them, and they respond right away. They respond to calls/texts right away, even on weekends! Best property management company I’ve had the pleasure of working with. I highly recommend them.

The house was perfect for our weekend getaway. Plenty of towels for both indoor and outdoor use. Showers had shampoo, conditioner and body wash. Smart tvs in every room. The pool area was clean with lots of seating options both shaded and non. The pool has a light so we could swim after dark. There were 4 adult size tubes. Corn hole and jenga. The instructions on how to use everything in the house were very thorough- I recommend reading it because the lights are a little confusing. About a 10 minute drive to the beach, supplies 4 beach chairs and an umbrella. Host checked in with us and was very communicative and reachable. Would totally stay here again!

Excellent host, the house was immaculate. They thought of every little detail that we might need in the kitchen and bathrooms. Beach chairs and coolers provided. Toys and floats for kids. Super clean and organized. Our family greatly enjoyed our stay and we would definitely go there again. Thank you for hosting us!

Great stay! One of the best air bnbs I have been in. There was a coffee maker and filters and a hair dryer. It was very clean and within five minutes of family for me. Check in was easy and hassle free. There was constant communication. Really enjoyed the pool area with my son! I’m familiar with the location so for me it was ideal. It is simultaneously across the street from a Publix, Walgreens, and LA fitness. It’s down the street from a target and Walmart and not to far from the Turnpike. It really exceeded my expectations and one thing I noticed that I haven’t often found in a lot of air bnbs is that it had a dishwasher. It also had a balcony.

We had an amazing few days. This location was perfect for our immediate family and friends. We had separate quarters just for our family bedroom/living room combo with plenty of room, small kitchenette, and nice size bathroom. Everyone else had their own space as well. The pool and landscape was tropical, private, and so relaxing. Such a great place.

I absolutely loved staying here. The host was amazing to work with and extremely patient when helping me work through booking. When asked questions at my time of stay as well he was extremely responsive and worked to resolve any issues, even when it was not on them, as quickly as possible. I appreciate their kindness throughout my stay. The Airbnb itself is exactly like the photos and a great place to stay. It was a cute comfy place for myself to stay as well as it was close to a lot of places I was visiting.

Our stay with Wilton exceeded our expectations. Emanuele and others responded quickly and accommodated our needs. The bathroom was spacious and updated. The room was a perfect space for two people with a big closet. Overall, I appreciated the treatment from the hosts and very much enjoyed my stay!

Each year my family of four and our best friends, family of five, go on April vacation together (our children’s spring break). In the house we had four adults, and an 18 year old, a 17 year old, 16 year old, 15 year old and 14 year old. The nine of us had a fabulous week. There was plenty of space (especially since 5 out of the 9 of us are over 6’3′)! The house was perfect! We had everything we needed and then some! Plenty of towels, plenty of kitchen utensils and plenty of amenities! The home was spotless! There was an issue with the outdoor lighting around the tiki bar and outdoor fridge. We called the owner’s and they sent someone out immediately. But most of the lights around the tiki bar are out. And if you turn the lights off, the fridge turns off. Even if you leave the lights on, so the fridge is on, it never gets cold enough to leave anything in it. There were bugs in the kitchen that got into the food we left on top of the counter and in the cabinets below, which is why I lowered the rating of the cleanliness of the home (specifically on the counter facing the pool). We had to throw out a lot of food. There was an issue with the hot tub and as soon as I reached out to the owners, they got back to me. They were the most responsive owners I’ve ever rented from. The communication was amazing and the responsiveness was amazing too!

We were very pleased with our stay here! It was clean and just as described. The owner really thought of everything. Fully stocked kitchen, beach towels, beach chairs, umbrella, beach toys, pool floats, etc. The backyard and pool were amazing. Cute neighborhood to take walks in and so many stores and restaurants close by. Also very quick responses from the owner. I would highly recommend it and would stay here again!

Four couples selected this house for a long weekend to see our kids play college sports. The house smelled so clean upon entry! It continued to be a phenomenal pick with the location, furnishing/decor and the amazing outdoors to enjoy. We would definitely pick this house and the location again! A huge thank you to the property manager for fantastic communications leading up to the stay all the way through the end!

This house was perfect. It was beautifully decorated and maintained. The location was great and the street felt very private with very little traffic. The beds were comfy and linens were very nice. The backyard was so private and peaceful. We loved the shaded area and enjoyed the pool. The host was very attentive and responded to our very few needs. The house had so many amenitites. The kitchen is very functional with lots of accessories for cooking. There were plenty of bath and pool towels. The toiletries were very much appreciated. This was the best stocked Airbnb we’ve every stayed at. We hope to rent again in the future. Thank you Emanuele for a wonderful stay while celebration a big 60 birthday!

We had a great time at the property. The communication was super easy and quick and the place looks exactly like the pictures. The neighborhood is quiet and near stores and restaurants. The beach is just short drive away. The outdoor area is cozy with a large pool.

Emanuele’s house was perfect for our family! It had everything you would need for kids – playroom had so many toys and books, there was a high chair, kids dishes, a pack n play, the backyard had a play set! Every room had a different Disney theme. Our kids loved it! The house was spotlessly clean and well stocked. Emanuele was very responsive and helpful. Checkin was a breeze. Neighborhood was quiet. Will definitely stay here again.

I booked last minute for a solo trip, and was more than happy with the space. It was clean, peaceful, and comfortable. Perfect space for one! The hosts were very responsive and flexible with my plans, the space was clean, and just as it looked in the pictures. If I go back I would definitely stay here again!

Our stay was fabulous. The hosts went above and beyond the amenities that are expected- for example a hand written welcome note with bottle of wine (we were their first guest). Coffee/ tea station as well as many little other details that have been missed at other homes we’ve rented from. Thank you Emanuele and Natasha for opening your home to us! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay during the Christmas holiday! The place felt like a home vs. a hotel in the best sense. The rooms were very clean and the beds were comfortable. The decor was simple and all the amenities you might need on a trip were available. Emmanuel was a fantastic host and we look forward to staying again when we visit family in the area!

Two bedrooms, two bathrooms and a fully equipped kitchen, all super clean. A high level of communication from Emanuele, the property manager. A great base of operations for our time in Boca Raton. A quiet neighborhood with friendly neighbors. The location is in very western Boca Raton, but it still was quick and easy to get everywhere in Boca Raton.

This was the perfect house for our family vacation. Super clean, looked just like the pictures, 10 min away from the beach Emanuele was attentive at all times. If you’re looking for a house to host your next family reunion trip this was perfect , dog friendly too and plenty of back yard for our dog to exercise. There was even a baby gate around the pool which allowed ha to relax. And there were beach chairs we were able to bring to the beach to use. We will Definitely be coming back!

The property was beautiful and just as described! Our family had an amazing time and was exactly what we were seeking. The amenities were right on point and exceeded expectations. We didn’t want to leave the backyard! Especially the kids! It was perfect for grilling while a nice day out in the pool. We couldn’t have asked for a better location near everything we needed. Finally, the host was awesome throughout the check in and check out process. The communication was flawless and proactive. Needless to say it was a perfect stay and we look forward to coming back. Highly recommend!!

What a wonderful place to stay! There home was INCREDIBLY clean and the host was very accommodating which made our stay so enjoyable. For example, the shower was producing warm water and I texted the host while getting ready but before I could finish, the handyman came by, adjusted the water heater and we had hot showers no problem! Quality service!!! The details were thoughtful down to having a hamper in each room and there were so many towels for each time the kiddos wanted to get in the pool. The location was also convenient to shopping centers and food places, including breakfast spots and Target. I would definitely stay here again and recommend their home 10 out of 10 times!

Don’t look elsewhere. Book here. Perfect location. Clean, comfortable, amazing place. We slept so comfortable and the shower was glorious. Kitchen has everything you need. Sunlight that comes into the condo is glorious. We will stay here again.

This was the most comfortable and conveniently located place to stay it felt too good to be true. We were located near everything and when I say that we literally walked to a lot of our destinations, the neighborhood was so friendly and welcoming down to our Lyft drivers were super nice, I honestly didn’t want to leave. Don’t even think twice about booking this place just get it.

My wife, kids, and I like to travel and we often stay at AirBnbs. This Boca Raton property is a cut above the rest – everything feels brand new, spotless clean, luxurious, so much light. I had to get some work done during the trip – Wifi was fast and reliable! The host was very responsive and proactive. great communication before and during the stay. Checkin and checkout were super easy. Thank you for sharing your Casa with our family. We did not want to leave and will certainly be back.
