Escape to a newly renovated, spacious 4-BR home in a safe, quiet West Boca neighborhood, perfect for families or friends. Enjoy a heated saltwater pool, fully stocked kitchen with stainless steel appliances, smart TVs, dedicated workspaces, and a screened-in patio. Close to grocery stores, restaurants, parks, coffee shops, Target, & more. Beach supplies are provided, and we're only 15-25 mins from Boca, Deerfield, and Delray beaches.
There's a spacious and open living room, dining room and kitchen right when you walk out. Large sliding doors leading to the pool. The screened in patio covers the large pool area with loungers and also the covered area with the conversation set and other seating options. There is one bedroom with the queen, pull out twin and designated workspace right off of the dining area, the other three bedrooms are located down the hall on the opposite side of the house. There is pool and beach equipment in the garage and a separate laundry room with a full size washer and dryer.

"The house is wonderfully decorated. It is just like the pictures. The kitchen is extremely well stocked, including spices. There is everything you need to cook and grill with. The beds are very comfortable. There are tons of towels for the baths and the pool/beach. The backyard pool/patio/lanai are great. There is a covered section with comfortable seating and table when you want to get out of the sun/passing rain shower. Then here is plenty of deck with lounge chairs if you want to be in the sun. Also there are a bunch of pool floats and toys. We spent most of our time outside in the back, it was beautiful and relaxing. There are turtles, birds, iguanas, etc. to look at while out there. We will look to stay here again when we return to Boca."
"The house had everything we needed. We loved the screened in pool and porch which is where we spent most of our time. It's in a quiet neighborhood near an elementary school with shopping and restaurants nearby. Plenty of towels, well-stocked kitchen with high end appliances, and convenient washer and dryer. We didn't use the beach gear but there was everything you could need. Overall a great stay.
