Natasha Pani was born and raised in Angola, Africa and moved to the United States at 16 years old to continue her education. She completed her undergraduate studies in International Business and then went on to receive her master’s in business administration. Natasha met Emanuele in 2011 and they were married in 2015.
After years of managing long and short term rentals, in 2021, Natasha decided to take Domu Property Management in a new direction where she found an opportunity to revive the travel industry despite the pandemic. She loves to balance a fast-paced life with travelling to slow living places where she can immerse herself in the local culture. Natasha loves good wine and great food, and she makes sure that every outing is a new experience.
Emanuele (known to his family and friends as “E”) was born and raised in Sardinia, Italy, and came to America at 15 to fulfill his American dream. He is a real estate expert and entrepreneur with experience in investments, real estate sales and acquisitions, and professional Airbnb hosting and management. Along with his wife Natasha, he founded Dolce Vita Vacation Rentals, a South Florida STR management company that helps families and investors create their version of the sweet life (La Dolce Vita) by finding/launching and running their STR properties.
He is also the co-host of the STR Secrets, a podcast that focuses exclusively on the short-term rental industry, and is a partner in Domu Private Investments, a rapidly growing investment group that focuses on investing in multifamily assets across the Southeast. In his free time, Emanuele enjoys traveling, reading/learning, cooking, working out, and spending time with his wife and pets.
